ICTENSW SPARK NIGHT

Ideas. People. Possibilities.

A 60–75 minute high-energy TeachMeet-style evening where people meet the Board, contribute ideas, tackle current issues and celebrate what is happening across the community.

The important distinction is that people do something, rather than sit and listen.

Topics include:

AI: What should every student understand about AI before leaving school?
Digital Technologies: Are we teaching Digital Technologies — or simply using technology?
Assessment: What should assessment look like when AI can produce the first draft?
Future Skills: What are we still teaching because we've always taught it?
Teacher workload: What should technology make easier — but currently doesn't?

Come ready with your thoughts, your own research and your voice to have your say on these trending topics.

Where: Professional Teachers Council Offices, 8/8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015

Time: 4:30 for a 5pm start.

Cost: Free for members, $25 for non-members

ICTENSW DigiTLL (Digital Teaching, Learning & Literacy) Conference 2027

You are invited to the ICTENSW DigiTLL (Digital Teaching, Learning & Literacy) Conference on the 6th and 7th of March 2027.

We would like to support our members and attendees to explore new ideas and practices to make classrooms, spaces where students are engaged in deep learning. Supporting students to transfer knowledge across disciplines to create their preferred futures.

The ICTENSW DigiTLL Conference 2027 is an educational summit that advocates on matters of curriculum and equity, and promotes best practice in the use of AI, ICT, STEM and Computer Science in learning. It will be packed with speakers, workshops and panels, including a wide range of breakout workshops run by teachers for teachers to inspire you and your classroom.
